Welcome to iRevise.com! By using our subscription service, you agree to these terms. iRevise.com offers both free and premium revision resources. Below, we explain how our service works, including your rights and obligations as a member.

1. Membership

1.1 Subscription

Your iRevise.com subscription will automatically renew each month or year, depending on the plan you choose, until you or we decide to cancel. To keep your membership active, you need a stable internet connection and a valid payment method. You can update your payment details anytime under the “Your Account” page.

If you don’t cancel before your next billing date, you agree to allow us to charge your payment method for the next period (see Cancellation below).

1.2 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

All Memberships include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with the service, you can cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, your subscription will continue, and regular billing will apply.

To claim the guarantee, cancel your subscription within 7 days through the “Your Account” page and contact our support team at support@irevise.com.

1.3 Discount Codes

Occasionally, we offer discount codes for a percentage off your membership. These promotions are valid only for the specified period (e.g., 20% off the first month). After the discount ends, your membership will renew at the standard price.

Discount codes must be valid and applied during the promotion period; expired or invalid codes won’t be accepted.

2. Billing

2.1 Billing Cycle

Your membership fee and any applicable taxes or fees (e.g., transaction fees) are charged based on your subscription type (monthly or annually) on the calendar date you signed up. In case of failed payments, your billing date might change. You can always check your billing information on the “Your Account” page.

2.2 Payment Methods

If your payment fails (e.g., due to an expired card or insufficient funds), we’ll notify you. If you don’t update your payment method or cancel your account, we might downgrade you to a Free “Basic” Account or suspend access to premium resources. Once your payment method is updated, we’ll resume billing.

Some payment methods may have extra charges like foreign transaction fees, so it’s best to check with your bank or payment provider.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

  • Within the 7-Day Guarantee: If you cancel within the first 7 days of your Membership, you will receive a full refund.
  • After the 7-Day Guarantee: You can cancel your subscription anytime, but payments are non-refundable. You’ll still have access to premium resources until the end of your current billing cycle.

To cancel, visit the “Your Account” page and follow the steps provided.

2.4 Price and Service Changes

iRevise.com may adjust membership prices or service plans periodically. Any changes will take effect 30 days after we notify you.

3. Using iRevise.com

3.1 Eligibility

You must be 16 years or older to use iRevise.com. If you’re under 16, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian to use our services.

3.2 License for Personal Use

We provide you a limited, non-transferable license to access iRevise.com content for personal, non-commercial use. Sharing or distributing our content outside the platform is prohibited without prior permission.

3.3 Service Updates

We continuously improve our service, which may include updates to the resource library, website, or user interface.

3.4 Fair Use Policy

We expect all users to follow the law and our guidelines when using the service. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, share, or alter our content without permission.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or insert malicious code/software.
  • Use automated tools like bots or scrapers to access the service.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension or termination.

 

4. Account Security

4.1 Account Owner Responsibility

The account owner is responsible for all activity under their account. To prevent unauthorized access, keep your password and payment details secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activities like identity theft or fraud.

5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Customer Support

5.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

5.3 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. If there are changes, we’ll notify you at least 30 days before they take effect.

5.4 Electronic Communications

Important updates (e.g., billing notices or account updates) will be sent electronically to the email address provided during registration.
