2. Read the recipe below and answer the questions

Pasta con le Sarde

Préparation: 20 minutes

Cuisson: 30 minutes

Pour: 4 Personnes

Ingrédients:

Joe's+Pasta+con+le+Sarde

    • 500 g de sardines
    • 350 g de fenouil sauvage
    • 50 g de raisins secs
    • 50 g de pignons
    • 2 petits oignons
    • 5 anchois à l’huile
    • 2 c. à c. de safran en poudre
    • 5 c. à s. de chapelure
    • huile d’olive, sel, poivre
    • 350 g de bucatini ou maccheron

Méthode:

  1. Laver les sardines
  2. Découper finement les oignons et le faire revenir à feu doux dans la même casserole avec l’huile de cuisson de sardines.
