Easter Break: A Chance to Recharge (and Get Ahead for the Certs!)

Hi everyone,
Easter holidays are finally here — a well-earned break from early mornings, uniforms, and endless notes! Whether you’re heading away for a few days, catching up on sleep, or just enjoying the long evenings, now’s the perfect time to hit reset.
But if you’re sitting the Leaving Cert or Junior Cert, you might also be feeling the pressure. Don’t stress — there’s still loads of time, and Easter can be the perfect moment to make real progress without burning out.
Here’s how to balance rest and revision over the Easter break:
✅ Take a Breather First
Seriously — you deserve it. Give yourself a couple of days off. Sleep in. Watch a few episodes. Get some Easter eggs in. You’ll come back fresher and more focused.
📆 Keep It Simple
You don’t need to spend 8 hours a day at a desk. Choose 1–2 subjects to focus on. Even short sessions (30–45 mins) can be really effective — especially if you’re using the right tools.
📚 Use iRevise to Study Smarter, Not Harder
On iRevise, you’ll find everything you need:

🎧 Easter Grinds Now Available
We’ve just dropped pre-recorded grinds in Maths, English and Irish — perfect if you want expert revision without leaving the couch. Watch when it suits you. Sneak peeks on Insta this week! 📲
🎯 Set One Simple Goal
Pick one thing to get through this Easter. Maybe it’s Paper 1 timing, learning quotes for Poetry, or nailing algebra. Small wins = big confidence.
So relax, reset, and when you’re ready — we’re here to help you make the most of the weeks ahead.
💛 Happy Easter from all of us at iRevise.ie
